Returns policy

We understand
that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. To do so, please send an email to [email protected], explaining why you wish to return the item. We will then tell you how to proceed.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or damaged by you. Please retain the original packaging whenever possible. Returns can only be accepted if you contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item (s).
This document
does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights
under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2000).
